13. 🔒 Owner Privacy & Recording Disclosure

– Vroom Grooms LLC respects and protects the privacy of all pet owners. Any personal information shared with us—including owner name, address, phone number, and veterinary records—is used solely for the purpose of providing grooming services and maintaining accurate records.

– We do not sell, share, or distribute owner information to third parties. All data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized team members.

– Media content featuring pets may be shared publicly as outlined in Section 8: Media & Content, but personal information will never be disclosed without explicit consent.

– The inside of our grooming van is recorded on live media. By stepping into the van, you acknowledge and accept that you may appear in livestreams or other real-time recordings used for educational, promotional, or quality assurance purposes.

– For the safety of our team, a body camera may be worn by the groomer outside of the van. This device is not livestreamed and is used solely for security purposes.
