We will not arrive to unconfirmed Grooming appointments. You receive a reminder text that you need to reply yes to confirm: 5-days in advance to your appointment or 2-days prior to your grooming appointment. We no longer have a 1-day reminder text since too many people have been waiting last minute to confirm. There is a 48-hour cancelation notice policy. A fee will be applied to any unconfirmed appointments. Any habitual offenders will not be able to use Vroom Grooms LLC.
