How our automated SMS works

🐾The number above is our automated SMS. You will receive a text from this number stating that your grooming appointment has been created. 5 days before your grooming appointment you will receive an automated text that you will need to reply the word “Yes” to confirm your grooming appointment. You will have a second chance to confirm the grooming appointment 2 days before. If you do not reply “Yes” to confirm at one of these reminders Our Groomer will not arrive to the appointment and there will be a $50 fee added to any future appointments. Habitual offenders will not be able to use our services. Please see our Terms and Conditions tab to see what you are agreeing to by creating a grooming appointment!

  • A groomer will not arrive to an unconfirmed grooming appointment.
  • The grooming appointment will need to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the appointment. (At the reminder sent two days before the grooming appointment. If not already confirmed.)
  • You will always receive both reminders. (As long as the grooming appointment is created 5+ days prior to your appointment.)
  • You will need to confirm with the automated system.
  • We cannot confirm the grooming appointment for you.
  • You can confirm when you receive the text from the automated system stating the grooming appointment had been created. (This will not confirm all Reoccurring grooming appointments, or if you book multiple appointments at once.)
  • The only time we are able to confirm the grooming appointment is when the grooming appointment is created the day before or the day of the appointment.
  • We cannot view or reply to messages sent to the automated system. We can only send out Pre-made appointment reminders.
  • We are no longer sending extra reminders outside of the original grooming appointment created, the 5-day reminder, and the 2-day reminder.
