We value the time and commitment of our clients and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to ensure that we can accommodate as many clients as possible, we have listed our appointment policy under Terms and Conditions. We kindly request that clients refrain from rescheduling their appointments more than three times. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, repeated rescheduling can disrupt our schedule and prevent us from serving other clients in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. By limiting the number of rescheduled appointments, we can better manage our resources and provide a consistent level of service to all our clients. If you find yourself needing to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to do so as early as possible, preferably with at least 48 hours’ notice. This will allow us to accommodate your request and make the necessary adjustments to our schedule. If you have already rescheduled your appointment more than three times, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to provide service to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and suggest seeking alternative service providers who may be better able to accommodate your scheduling needs.
