You receive a reminder text that you need to reply yes to confirm: 5-days in advance to your appointment or 2-days prior to your grooming appointment. No last min confirmations. All grooming appointments need to be confirmed by 4pm after the 2-day reminder is sent. A fee will be applied to the next grooming appointment automatically and CANCELLED by our automated system. Any habitual offenders will not be able to use Vroom Grooms LLC. Please take the time to read over any information that you receive from Vroom Grooms LLC.
