- All pets must be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella.
- Proof of vaccination is required prior to service. Handwritten records are not accepted; documentation must be from a licensed veterinary provider.
- If a veterinarian advises against certain or all vaccinations due to medical reasons, official documentation from the clinic is required. Personal notes or informal statements will not be accepted.
- Vroom Grooms LLC reserves the right to refuse service if a pet is aggressive, severely matted, or poses a health risk to the groomer or other pets.
- Our groomers prioritize comfort and safety over aesthetics. Painful or outdated practices (e.g., hand stripping, forced dematting) are never performed.
