• We specialize in senior and differently-abled pet care. Extra time and accommodations are provided as needed.
• Please inform us of any mobility, sensory, or medical needs in advance so we can tailor the grooming experience accordingly.
• Vroom Grooms LLC is not a veterinary service, and our groomers are not licensed medical professionals. If a pet requires medical attention during a grooming session, we will pause services and contact the owner immediately. In urgent cases, emergency veterinary care may be advised.
• Grooming is not a substitute for veterinary care. We encourage regular checkups with your licensed veterinarian to support your pet’s overall health.
