- While every effort is made to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort, grooming involves inherent risks. These may include accidental nicks, scratches, stress reactions, or unexpected responses to grooming tools or products. Our team uses fear-free, compassionate techniques and will always prioritize your pet’s wellbeing—but no grooming process is entirely risk-free.
- Vroom Grooms LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to skin irritations, ear infections, parasites, or behavioral issues that may be aggravated during grooming. We also cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to grooming products unless previously disclosed by the owner.
- If a pet experiences a medical emergency during grooming, we will contact the owner immediately. This is why we ask that the owner be available and reachable during the grooming session. In urgent cases, emergency veterinary care may be advised.
- Vroom Grooms LLC cannot transport any pet or person under any circumstance. It is the owner’s responsibility to be present or have a plan in place should emergency care be needed.
- Vroom Grooms LLC is not responsible for injuries or complications resulting from undisclosed health conditions, behavioral concerns, or vaccination status. For required vaccinations, please refer to Section 5: Pet Health & Safety.
