A Quick Note About Invoiced Payments

Hey Vroom Grooms family,

We know life gets busy, and sometimes it’s easier to handle payments online rather than in person. That’s why we’re happy to offer invoicing as a backup option when needed—whether it’s due to a scheduling conflict, a no-contact request, or a last-minute change in plans.

That said, we want to make sure everyone’s on the same page about what invoiced payments can (and can’t) do.

🧾 What to Know About Invoices:

If you receive an invoice instead of paying in person:

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. If you’re eligible for a military discount, please be sure to do a in-person payment with our groomer.
  • Tips can’t be added through the invoice system. If you’d like to leave a tip (thank you!), it’s best to do so in person or through another method we’ve arranged ahead of time.

Why This Matters:

Our invoicing system is streamlined for simplicity and security—but it doesn’t allow for discounts or tips.

If you ever have questions about your invoice or want to make sure you’re getting the most out of any current promotions, just reach out before payment is processed. We’re always happy to help!
