Today’s spotlight shines on Bella, a beautiful Labrador retriever with a heart full of sweetness and a story full of courage. Bella has been grooming with me for many years, and watching her grow—emotionally, mentally, and confidently—has been one of the greatest joys of this job.

Bella is a gentle girl with one very big fear: water. For a long time, stepping into the grooming van or approaching the tub felt overwhelming for her. So, for years, I carried her into the van with all the patience and care in the world, letting her know she was safe every step of the way.
