1. Pre-2020 Clients: Time for a Quick Form Refresh
If you filled out a New Client Form before 2020 but haven’t actually booked a grooming appointment with us since then, your information is likely outdated in our system.
To get back on the schedule, you will need to resubmit your information. It’s quick and easy:
- Head over to vroomgrooms.com.
- Navigate to the “Booking” section.
- Fill out the New Client Form with your current details.
Updating this ensures we have the correct medical, behavioral, and contact information for your pup before they step into our grooming van.
2. All Owners: Turn in Updated Vaccination Records ASAP
Your dog’s safety and health are our top priorities. Because of this, all owners are responsible for turning in their dog’s updated vaccination records as soon as they receive them.
⚠️ Don’t Wait Until the Last Minute! If you wait until the day of your appointment to submit your records and they are expired or missing, you will lose your dog’s grooming appointment. Our schedule fills up incredibly fast, and we cannot groom any dog without up-to-date vaccine verification.
Please check your records today and send them over to us ahead of time so we can keep your appointment locked in.
3. Already an Active Client? Use the “Current Client” Form
If you are already an active client and just need to update your info or request an appointment, you don’t need to fill out the new client paperwork.
Instead, you can find our “Current Client” form easily on our website:
- Go to the vroomgrooms.com homepage.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
- Look under the navigation menu to find the link.
