Welcome back to another edition of Dogs of the Day! We had a full house of big personalities, wagging tails, and quite a bit of fluff here at the salon today. From happy-puddles to wiggle-worms, Wednesday definitely kept us on our toes.
Here are the superstars who came in for their spa days today!
🐩 Scarlett & Archie: The Mini Doodle Duo
First up on the grooming table was an absolutely adorable pair of Mini Doodles, Scarlett and Archie. These two may be the same breed, but their feelings about the salon couldn’t be more different!
- Scarlett: Our sweet Scarlett loves her groomer, Nicole, so much that she literally cannot contain her excitement. True to form, she gave us her usual greeting: happy wiggles and a tiny little “excited pee” puddle! She is the definition of adorable, though if she had her way, she would skip the suds entirely and just soak up all the cuddles and loves.
- Archie: On the other end of the spectrum is Archie. He came in a bit hesitant today, determined to stick to his mom like velcro. However, his coat was getting overgrown, and a fresh haircut was definitely in order! Thankfully, Nicole knows exactly the way to this boy’s heart—she managed to win him over with a few well-timed snacks.
🐶 Maizie & Memphis: The Wiggle & The Snuggle
Our second duo of the day brought big smiles and plenty of laughs. We welcomed a hilarious Pug named Maizie and a handsome French Bulldog named Memphis.
- Maizie: This little crazy girl is a professional escape artist! Maizie spent a good portion of her appointment trying to wiggle her way right out of her spa day. Keeping this energetic Pug still for a bath is definitely a workout, but her silly personality makes the extra effort totally worth it.
- Memphis: What a sweetheart! Memphis is a bit of a shy guy, but he is absolutely irresistible. Who wouldn’t want to just scoop up and cuddle this sweet boy? Despite his shyness, he was an absolute gentleman and did incredibly well for his entire spa routine.
