Welcome back to the Vroom Grooms LLC blog! Rolling across Northwest Ohio today brought a fantastic lineup of furry friends into the van. If it were entirely up to me, I would absolutely love to just cuddle these sweet dogs and give them pets all day long. But alas—haircuts are needed, paws must be washed, and nails need to be trimmed!
Here is a look at today’s wonderful pack:
River the Doodle
First up today was the beautiful River! River is always a little bit nervous when she first steps into the van, but she warms up so quickly. It is amazing to look back at when I first started grooming her—she used to be such a wiggler on the table! Now? She is an absolute pro. We got her all cleaned up with some gentle, eco-friendly suds, and she handled her groom flawlessly.
Miss Kara the German Shepherd
Next up, we had a visit from Miss Kara. This sweet ol’ girl was ready for a thorough brush-out and a nail trim. German Shepherds can definitely carry a lot of extra coat, but Kara makes the de-shedding process an absolute breeze. She is so incredibly chill and relaxed, making her spa time peaceful and easygoing.
Tina the Doodle
We wrapped up the day with Tina, who has a very specific strategy when it comes to grooming: be as cute as humanly possible. Tina tries her absolute best to use her charm to convince me to skip the bath entirely and just give her belly rubs instead! Lol! It almost works every time, but duty calls—we still managed to get her washed, trimmed up, and looking fabulous.
