Today was full of the sweetest dogs. Three of them hopped into the van today, and every single one of them needed a little patience before the scissors ever came out. Shy dogs make you work for it. They are also the ones that make the best days.

Scout the Havanese/Bichon Mix
Scout is a handsome boy. He is always a little shy about coming with me at first, that moment where he is not quite sure about the whole thing. But once he is up in the van he settles right down, and he is quite happy to soak up the pets and the snackies for the rest of the visit. Every week he remembers a little faster that the van is a good place to be.

Roxie the Boxer
Miss Roxie is a rescue, and she is still a little bit fearful of new things. She was shy with me today. But she did so good. With lots of cuddles and loves from her groomer, she got through the session just fine. There is nothing better than watching a nervous dog decide, halfway through, that this is actually alright.

Luna the Mini Aussie Doodle
Little Miss Luna is a fluffy joy cloud. That really is the only way to describe her. She is as cute as could be, and she was very excited about the possibility of a treat or two. She came in wiggly and happy and she left looking like a little storm cloud with legs.

Until next time, my furry friends!
