Happy Friday, everyone! Today, May 29th, was an absolutely doodley day inside the Vroom Grooms LLC van. Three doodles, to be exact! There is nothing quite like pulling the Ford Transit up to visit some of my favorite curly-coated clients to wrap up the week.
The Dynamic Duo: Cagney and Lacey
I started the morning off with Cagney and Lacey. This wonderful doodle pair is just super cute and always a joy to work with.
- Cagney: What a perfect little lady! She glided through her grooming session with absolute ease. After a warm bath with our favorite eco-friendly shampoos, she was left with an incredibly soft, fluffy coat. She strutted out of the van looking completely ready to rule the world!
- Lacey: Lacey, on the other hand, had a slightly different agenda for her post-grooming look. We had a bit of a “head-shaking experience” today! This little lady decided to say, “to heck with these bows!” and happily shook them right out of her hair, scattering them across the yard on our walk back to the front door. You have to respect a girl who knows her own style!
A Fresh Start for Teddy
Teddy was my last doodle of the day, and what a handsome fluff ball he is! He was completely ready for a fresh new start. We got him all cleaned up, trimmed down, and feeling light and comfortable for the weekend ahead. It’s always so satisfying to see a pup feeling so good after shedding some of that heavy fluff.
Groomer’s Note: Doodle coats require a lot of at-home upkeep, but seeing these three happy, fresh faces today makes all the careful clipping and brushing totally worth it!
