Happy Tuesday, everyone! Today is June 9th, and we have a very special “Dog of the Day” double feature for you.
Every pup who steps into the Vroom Grooms mobile spa has their own unique personality. While some are ready to party from the moment they walk through the door, others require a little extra tenderness, time, and understanding. Today, we are celebrating a duo that reminds us exactly why we do what we do.
Meet Charlie and Nala!
Charlie: The Gentle Terrier Mix
First up is Charlie, a beautiful Boston Terrier with a heart of gold but a tendency to get a bit nervous. For a pup like Charlie, the sounds and sensations of grooming can feel a little overwhelming. She isn’t a dog you can rush through a service—she needs a steady hand, a calm environment, and a whole lot of patience.
With a little extra reassurance and a gentle pace, Charlie did a wonderful job. Seeing a nervous pup start to relax and trust the process is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
Nala: The Sweet Medium Mixed Breed
Next up is Nala, a lovely medium-sized mixed breed who is completely new to the whole mobile spa experience! Naturally, being the “new girl” can bring on some major shyness. Everything from the high-velocity dryer to the nail clippers is a brand-new sensation for her, and she is still figuring out how she feels about it all.
Nala spent her session getting used to the sights, sounds, and smells of the van, taking baby steps toward becoming a seasoned grooming pro.
Humanity Over Vanity, Always
Though Charlie and Nala might be a little more challenging or take a bit more time than a typical grooming service, Nicole wouldn’t have it any other way.
At Vroom Grooms, we firmly believe that every dog is perfect in their own unique way. Grooming isn’t just about the final haircut; it’s about making sure the animal feels safe, respected, and loved throughout the entire process. Charlie and Nala both showed so much bravery today, and we are incredibly proud of them!
