Heads up, Vroom Grooms family. There are some significant changes coming to our pricing structure beginning in 2027, and I want to start giving you a heads up now so nobody is surprised when the new year rolls around.
This is not a small adjustment. The way we structure pricing for our full grooming services is going to change. The weight classes are being adjusted. The breed ranges are being updated. The whole pricing table is being rebuilt to reflect what we have actually learned about how long different coat types take, what different breeds need, and what fair pricing looks like in 2027.
If you have been a Vroom Grooms client for any length of time, you know I do not change pricing on a whim. Pricing reflects the actual time, skill, and supplies that go into a groom. When the pricing changes, it is because the work has changed, the costs have changed, or the structure needs to better match what we are actually doing.
Over the next few months, I am going to be sharing more details about the 2027 pricing structure. This post is the first heads up. I am not going to lay out the new prices today. There are more posts coming that will break down the weight classes, the breed categories, and what is included in each service. By the time 2027 is here, you will have the full picture and plenty of time to plan for it.
For now, here is what you need to know:
- The new pricing structure takes effect January 1, 2027.
- Clients will not be notified by text or email about the new pricing. Everyone will find out when the blog posts go live and the website is updated. (Regular appointment reminders will continue as normal.)
- The 2027 pricing will be posted on the website well in advance so you can see the full breakdown.
Clients will not be notified by text or email about the new pricing. Everyone will find out when the blog posts go live and the website is updated. The last time there was a pricing adjustment in 2025, the mass communication caused confusion, so this time the new pricing will only be revealed through the blog, the website, and social media posts. (You will still receive your regular appointment reminders by text when you have a groom booked. The no-notification approach is specifically for pricing and policy changes.)
I want to be upfront about this because I value transparency. You trust me with your dog, and I trust you to plan ahead. More details are coming. Watch for the next post in this series.
Stay fresh and furry, Nicole / Vroom Grooms LLC
