Appointment Confirmation Policy

We do not hold grooming appointments without confirmation. To secure your grooming slot, you must confirm your appointment in advance. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that we can provide timely service to all our furry clients.

How to Confirm Your Appointment

• Automated System: You can confirm your appointment through our automated system. Simply follow the instructions in the reminder message you receive. Reply the word “Yes” or “Confirm” to our automated system 855-967-3656. If you are not receiving the Reminders please contact your groomer directly asap so they can fix this issue!

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate this, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and manage our schedule effectively. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

What Happens If You Don’t Confirm

If we do not receive a confirmation, your appointment slot may be given to another client. We understand that plans can change, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We have a 48-hour cancelation policy.
