Dear Clients,

We’re excited to be your Groomer in this new and fresh new year. As you know, we value our work, and we also need to maintain accurate records of our active vs. inactive clients.

So, after careful consideration, we’ve implemented a new policy: after six months of inactivity, inactive clients will be listed as “new clients.” This allows us to start with a clean slate and keep our records fresh. Though we will keep any notes of past grooms, and we will still have your profile available to pull up.

This means that there is a chance that your dog will have to wait to get in. Our regular client keep regular grooming appointments and that means you could be missing out on special discounts and offers.

New Clients or Inactive clients will need to READ the following links and fill out the form. We may have updated a Policy, Price or out Terms and Conditions since you saw us last.
