You will receive a text from this number stating that your grooming appointment has been created. 5 days before your grooming appointment you will receive an automated text that you will need to reply the word “Yes” to confirm your grooming appointment. You will have a second chance to confirm the grooming appointment 2 days before. If you do not reply “Yes” to confirm at one of these reminders Our Groomer will not arrive to the appointment and there will be a $50 fee added to any future appointments.
