Dear Clients, We’re excited to be your Groomer in this new and fresh new year. As you know, we value our work, and we also need to maintain accurate records of our active vs. inactive clients. So, after careful consideration, we’ve implemented a new policy: after six months of inactivity, inactive clients will be listed as “new clients.” This allows us to start with a clean slate and keep our records fresh.
